Northscape and NorthscapeSouth workshops and photographic holidays feature Full Board Packages, transport during the weekend, great food, great company and most of all experienced tuition and guidance to help you get the very best from your chosen course.
Guests of all levels come to learn basics, to advance in their craft and to hone their techniques before they make that move to professional level.
We believe that this mix of people coupled with the experience of the Northscape tutors make for a more informative and enjoyable experience.

ONE ON ONE WORKSHOP DAYS (8 hours approx) are available by arrangement at a cost of £300 or 2 people for £470.
12-14th September. THE TALL SHIPS and CORNWALL COAST WEEKEND
An incredible weekend set in beautiful Cornwall and a chance to photograph the start of the Funchal 500 Tall Ships Race. Twenty ships including ten Class A square rigged vessels each over 40m in length. The sight of these majestic ships in the Carrick Roads will be a sight not to be missed for anything. The whole of Falmouth comes alive for this event with street markets and entertainment, live music and spectacular firework displays...
...add on the unspoilt charm and wild beauty of the The Lizard and this will be an unparalleled weekend of opportunity..: £400(fri/sun) Places are very limited on this workshop already.
26-28th September. RETURN TO THE IRON AND STEAM WEEKEND.
We just can't keep away!!
The Iron and Steam Railway weekend returns with a workshop based around the North York Moors Railway.
Guests have the opportunity once again to get up close and personal with these giants from the past. You'll be able to photograph them being prepared and the people who work on these magnificent machines and then get shot after shot as they run out from Grosmont and Goathland. With access not usually available to the public and camera tuition to hand.
We'll be staying full board at the Willows Guest House in Whitby, which is a home from home hotel with the best coffee and cake in town.
WiFi access is available in every room and of course TV, coffee and tea etc.
Early booking is advised as spaces are limited.
